What does the manual way cost?

The work that eats your week is the work that repeats - security reviews, the same reports every month, chasing inactive accounts. Put your own numbers on it. Every figure below is yours to change, and the math is printed next to the result.

Your numbers

The defaults are our starting guesses, nothing more. Change any of them and the result follows.

The recurring pass - security checks, clean-ups, stale accounts and devices.

Walking the admin portals, checking settings, cleaning up, writing down what you saw. Leave the report pulls out - the next two fields count those separately.

MFA coverage, mailbox sizes, stale devices - the pulls somebody asks for between passes, on their own monthly rhythm.

For one report: finding the right blade, exporting, tidying the result.

Fully loaded - what an hour of this work actually costs your organization.

The manual way, per year

- hours of repeated work

- at your hourly rate

-

The math, with your numbers in it, appears here.

A worked example

One tenant, reviewed quarterly at eight hours a time, is 32 hours a year - before reports. Three hand-pulled reports a month, at half an hour each, is another 18 hours. That makes 50 hours for a single tenant - at €75 an hour, €3,750 a year - spent producing a snapshot that starts going stale the same afternoon.

Multiply that by the number of tenants you look after. The calculator above does it for you; the example stays at one so the arithmetic stays checkable.

The work those hours go on - and what ships in the app

The calculator prices your status quo. This is the part of it the app does on a schedule instead.

The review walk-through

400+ controls across four independent baselines, 380+ of them automated, run on a schedule, instead of a quarterly walk through nine admin portals. A manual audit is a snapshot of one afternoon; a scheduled one doesn't go stale.

The monthly reports

15+ operational reports - scheduled, exportable, and emailed to the people who ask for them, including people without an account.

The fixing and the cleaning up

320+ controls carry a built-in fix that writes the correct setting back, and the recurring clean-ups - pruning inactive users, tightening public group visibility, blocking sign-in on shared mailboxes, copying group membership between Microsoft 365 groups, changing SharePoint site sharing capability - run as scheduled actions behind approvals.

The multi-tenant tax

The estate view rolls every failing control across every tenant into a single list - the per-tenant walk is the part that stops scaling with you.

These are your numbers, not our promises

Everything above is arithmetic on figures you typed - nothing is measured, and nothing is a guarantee of savings. Not everything can be machine-checked either: some controls need a human judgment, and they still will. What the calculator shows is the size of the repeated work; what the app changes is how much of it repeats on your calendar.
